- What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, personalized or custom orders can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- When can I expect to receive my order?
Production time for products varies between 3-4 days on average, followed by shipping time.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
Tracking numbers are provided for each order. If you order does not arrive please contact us at email@example.com.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to make changes to your order or update the shipping address. Once an order begins production we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
- Where are the product made?
Products are imported and designed and created in the USA.
- How do I make sure I order the right size?
Size charts are available in each listing. If you have specific sizing questions, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you in selecting the correct size for your little one.
